Welcome to Political Bodies
Bodywork for marginalized individuals, politically active people, and anyone who’s interested

Why Political Bodies and…
What is bodywork?
Your body remembers everything that has happened—the beautiful and the painful. Your existence in this world, as a marginalized person and/or activist, is political. Your joy and your vitality are acts of resistance.
Bodywork can help you turn inward to draw new strength and remain capable of taking action in unpredictable times. It can help you connect with your body, your sensations, your longings, your “yeses,” your “nos,” your “maybes,” as well as with anger, grief, and joy. It can strengthen your sense of self-determination and help you feel more empowered to shape your own future and our collective future.
Schedule a free initial consultation
During a 20-minute initial consultation, we can get to know each other, discuss the possibility of working together, and answer any questions you may have.
Why do I want to accompany you?
Using bodywork as a tool, I want to strengthen our communities and social movements. Because every single person matters.
